    With these user settings, it is indicated that the language setting is English UK or English US. By changing this to Dutch, the receipt texts will be displayed in Dutch again.

    Check the user accounts of all users who are experiencing this issue.

    You can find the user maintenance in the menu Product > Users.

    When logging into RetailVista, each user can also adjust the language themselves.
