This document describes how to view the total outstanding balance of gift cards at a given moment.
Within RetailVista, it is possible to retrieve the current outstanding balance of gift cards at any time.
To do this, report 138 can be used, Gift Cards -> Gift Card Reports -> 138 Gift Card Transactions.
Then, filters can be specified and the transaction date from/to needs to be filled in.
The final step is to print the report to the screen. On the last page of the report, a sum of all outstanding balances is displayed.
This report can be printed or saved as a PDF or Excel file, for example.
