We have endeavored with this help to provide explanations for all applications of NedFox as comprehensively as possible. However, help is never complete because our software is continually being further developed. It may also be that we have not yet sufficiently elaborated on certain functionalities, leading to questions. What we do not do in this help is explain data fields that already adequately indicate what the field means and what you can do with it. An example of this is a field labeled 'last name' for a contact. A help text such as 'enter the customer's last name here' is quite redundant. For this reason, you will notice that in the enumeration of fields, some fields do not contain explanations. In our opinion, the meaning of the field is already clear enough on its own. If you still believe that we should provide an explanation somewhere, please let us know as well.

This term may require explanation, but it refers to how we have conceived that you can work with RetailVista in a fast and simple way. We have done our best to set up RetailVista ERP as consistently as possible. You will see the same user interface recurring each time, and all modules have the same layout and way of working. For you, this means that if you 'understand' how RetailVista works and what our idea behind this application is, you will quickly understand all modules. We have also built various tricks and handy features into our user interface to work quickly and effectively with RetailVista. The user interface page teaches you how to work with RetailVista and is therefore a really good starting point.
