Add discount to rows in a product list

This article describes how to apply a discount to rows in a product list. You can apply this for one row each or several rows at once.

Add discount per row

-> Start -> Product lists -> Product list maintenance

In the search screen you can look up the specific product list.

In this case I have selected product list 1063.

On tab "Rows" we select the specific row and double click to open.

With the "Edit" symbol we can fill in the discount you want to apply.

With the "Save" symbol you can save the changes.

If you want, you can change the grid (the gearwheel symbol on the right corner) to display the column with discountpercentage. So you have an overview of the discountpercentages of the productlist.

Add discount several rows at once

NOTE: This is only possible for discountpercentages, not for discountprices.

-> Start -> Product lists -> Product list maintenance

In the search screen you can look up the specific product list.

In this case I have selected product list 1063.

Check the boxes of the rows you want to apply the discount to. If you want to apply the discount to the whole product list, you do not have to check any box.

Click on "Update discounts" on the left side of the screen.

This screen will appear.

Selection: You choose if you want to apply the discount percentage on the selected rows or all rows
Discount percentage: Fill in the percentage

If you check the box "Overwrite existing discounts", it will overwrite the existing discount percentage of the selected rows or all rows (depending on what you have chosen at "Selection").

Click on "Execute".

You now can see the discountpercentages have been changed. 

Via export tasks on the left you can choose what you want to do with this product list.

For example by clicking on "To discounts" you can create and apply a product discount for these product rows.
