Add license through contract administration.

When dealing with a new customer, you should first check if the customer information is correct. You can do this in eSocrates under Administration > eServices > customers.- All contact information fields must be filled in

- It is also important that the customer's collection details are known

When adding a contract, first check if the contract already exists.

In case you need to activate a RetailVista license but the RetailVista contract already exists, you should add it to the existing contract and not create a new one.

We open the RetailVista contract here to add a POS license. You now double-click on contract 10836 and then click on periods and then on the current period and later on the following periods.

It is now January 8th and you can see that the period for February already exists. So first choose the January period and when that is done, do the same for February. The future periods will then be added automatically.

Choose "Add Multiplex" and select the correct modules and quantities.

Then you can open your created license to possibly adjust the date/price/year.
The previous year will be set to the current year. For example, if the customer signs a quote from 2023 with the price from 2023 and it is 2024, you enter the price from 2023 and your devious year is 2023. This way, when retrieving the deliveries for invoicing, the amount will still be based on the 2024 price because the index is still applied.

In the note field, always indicate what it is about. Usually, it concerns a project.Bring the customer, if necessary, informed about the created license.
With an increase in numbers, adjust your new amount.
As in the example below. There is a project for Oosterik for 10 shop scanners. First, I had to activate 8 scanners and later the other 2 could only be activated.
I am now providing a new amount.
