This article describes how to add images to products. In the example below you will see that product information on the last item scanned is displayed (top-left). When the product scanned contains an image the image will be displayed after scanning.
Also, on the bottom-left you see (in this example) 4 images of composts. These buttons are displayed on the main screen, but you can also create 1 layer which covers the majority of the screen displaying all kinds of compost you have.
Image specifications
Dimensions: 150x180 pixels (for the backoffice + display on left top, image size must be tested)
JPG or PNG (best would be transparent PNG files)
Bulk image upload tool
NedFox provides a 'Bulk image upload tool'. With the help of this tool you can assign and upload images to RetailVista.

Upload images to RetailVista backoffice (manually)
--> RetailVista --> Products --> Product maintenance
Select the tab-selection tool on the right side.
Make sure 'Pictures' is selected.
Save the change.
Open the 'Pictures' tab.
Select add picture.
Select the picture you want to add to the product.
Select the save button.
Now the image is added to the product. As soon as the till is synchronized (max. 30 minutes), the image will be displayed as you recall from the first image in this document to the top-left of the tillscreen. (if this block is assigned in the touchscreen editor).
