Can I also let consumers apply discount stickers to a number of pre-set possible items?
Such actions are also known as 'sticker printing' and involve printing barcode stickers in, for example, a magazine or brochure. Consumers can stick these stickers on a limited number of pre-set products.
By scanning the product, followed by the promotion sticker, that product will receive the offer according to the promotion sticker.
To use this functionality, it is necessary to create a voucher type with the duration of a brochure. This is possible via the 'Administration' menu.
After the voucher type has been created, the promotion vouchers themselves can be created. This is possible via Start, Promotions, Promotion vouchers. The example below shows the creation of a promotion voucher with barcode 980000000000014. This voucher barcode is linked to the created voucher type 'Sticker printing demo'.
There is now a promotion voucher. This voucher can then be linked to one or more products. The example below shows a 10% product discount that is only given when a promotion voucher of the type 'Sticker printing demo' is added to the product.
If multiple products are valid within the voucher promotion, multiple offers will need to be created.
Furthermore, with each product offer it is indicated that it is only valid within the voucher type 'Stickers plakken'.
If there are multiple stickers within the voucher type, each barcode sticker will have to be created as a promotional voucher.
