Can I send inventory and/or sales information to suppliers?

Yes, it is possible to add suppliers who will automatically receive sales information overnight through the EDI Export subscribers. To use this export functionality, a license per export subscriber is required.  

When creating an EDI export subscriber, a supplier must be specified, along with the choice of whether the supplier wants to receive a sales report and/or a stock report. Various file formats are possible, including EdiFact (SlsRpt and InvRpt) as well as a 'NedFox' proprietary XML format.

Depending on the chosen type of export, the data will be offered to suppliers via a specified FTP server, or an API provider can be specified for digital data exchange.

In the subscriber settings, it is also possible to indicate that the supplier only receives data for products where the supplier is known as the preferred supplier, or that all products are provided.

The task scheduler can be used to set when and how often this export takes place.
