Cancelled products not available for order
Despite the fact that products have been cancelled, it is still possible to order these items. The cause may be that the purchase status of this product is still 'available for ordering'.
To cancel these products in bulk, go to -> Start -> Products -> Cancel / Activate purchases.
Select "Cancelled" and click on "Next".
Here you can add the selection criteria.
On tab "Purchase" you can cancel products for a certain supplier.
Click on "Next".
Now you see all the products you want to change the purchase status to: Cancelled. On this moment you can have a last check. If the criteria was not completely correct, you can still go back by clicking on : "Previous" and try again.
You can download the report and check if everything went well. Click on "Close" to close this screen.The products are now set on purchase status: Cancelled and cannot be ordered.
