If the cashguard and CM18 cannot be made to work, follow the following steps.
* Update RetailVista POS to the version used on the other Fairplay PCs.
* C:\Program Files (x86)\NedFox\RetailVista POS
* Open the file sibcash.sib with Notepad as an administrator
* Change the setting from COM1 to COM2
* Save this file on your desktop (make sure it doesn't create a duplicate/txt extension)
* Overwrite this file in C:\Program Files (x86)\NedFox\RetailVista POS
Now cashguard and cm18 will work correctly on com1 and com2.
In all other cases, it is most likely a permissions issue (e.g. no permissions to create sibcash.sib).
