CCV VX820 ITS (LAN) - CCV VX820 ITS (LAN)

The CCV VX820 ITS product is fully configured and delivered by NedFox and communicates with the POS (OPI protocol) via LAN. The terminal has a fixed IP address which should be outside the DHCP range or a reservation should be made on the DHCP server/router. This is to prevent IP conflicts. In the POS terminal backoffice, the 'CCV VX820 ITS' product is specified in the 'Payment terminal 1' field. The IP address of the pin terminal is specified in the 'EFT 1 IP address' field.

The internal ports used by the POS to communicate with the pin terminal are port 4100 (listen port) and 4102 (device port).

The internal ports 4103 (admin device port) and 4101 (admin listen port) are used during the configuration/maintenance of the pin terminal.

These ports should not be blocked by a Firewall, for example.

When the POS is started for the first time, a notification will also appear to allow access of the POS on the network.
