Pick-up locations work in RetailVista in combination with a Post NL API integration. The use of pick-up locations requires special processing, because there is both a sender address, a customer address, and a pick-up address. That's three addresses, while normally only two addresses are used.
Pick-up locations of a reservation can be changed via RetailVista Mobile X.
Scan the relevant reservation.
Change the pick-up location and click "Save".
