Change preferred supplier of an item per item or in bulk.

Start -> Products -> Product maintenance

Find the relevant product and click on edit.

Go to the 'Purchase' tab and change the preferred supplier above the 'Add purchase information' button.

This can also be done in bulk via Start -> Products -> Update preferred supplier.

This is located under the "Product bulk mutations" section.

This way, the preferred supplier can be changed in bulk instead of per product.

Specify the supplier that should become the new preferred supplier in step 1:

 In step 2, the criteria to which the action should be applied must be specified.

After this step, choose 'Next" again and a summary will be shown of the products that will be mutated.

To process the entire thing, choose "Next" again to complete the process.
