Checking for a Pending Stock Take

Stock reports:
This submenu contains the reports of the already booked Stock-Takes ( your current Stock )
Most commonly used Reports
· 64 Detailed stockvalue per product
· 65 Stockvalue per Cashregistergroup
· 82 No processed inventroy articles in period ( to check after Booking your stocktake if you missed products OR product for which the stock should be recorded at 0 )
Inventory Reports:
This submenu contains the reports ´Before booking your current Stock-Take’ of which all the rows are present in ‘Inventory maintenance’
Most commonly used Reports
· 72 Inventory Value per cashregistergroup ( total of all the scanned rows )
· 74 Inventory difference list ( difference between the scanned rows and your current stock )
· 81 No inventory records in period ( shows the products which have a stock but are not present in your current Stock-Take )
On the next page, I will show examples of report 72, 74 and 81
Example : 72 Inventory Value per cashregistergroup ( total of all the scanned rows )
For example, you can save the report to PDF or XLS
Example : 74 Inventory difference list ( difference between the scanned rows and your current stock )
Save this report to Excel.
And save it to disk
Saving an excel file is possible however, it is not directly possible to sort the columns in Excel, because some columns should be deleted first to make a sort possible. ( takes some effort )
So you should go through the excel-file by hand and mark the colums. ( >>> )
81 No inventory records in period ( shows the products which have a stock value but are not present in your current Stock-Take )
Note that this is the period in which the complete stock-take has been performed.
We also select current stock unequal 0.
