If there's a high-level concern that needs escalation or if you're considering expanding your use of our services, your Account Manager is the right person to talk to.
High-level concerns are likely to be issues that deserve special attention, the Account Manager will discuss these with the CTO and/or CEO of NedFox to determine further action. 

Project Management focuses on the nuts and bolts of our ongoing projects together.
For specific projects, our Project Managers are your point of contact.
They ensure that your project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. Should you have questions about project timelines, deliverables, or the project team, please direct these inquiries to your Project Manager.
They are equipped to handle detailed project-related questions and status updates.

Customer Support is your go-to for assistance with operational issues, technical questions, or any problems you encounter while using our services.
Our Support Team is highly skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly.
If you're experiencing a problem, need a quick answer to a technical question, or require minor adjustments to your service, our Support Team is ready and waiting to assist you.
Like we mentioned in a previous writing there is an escalation path for support issues by sending an email to the escalation mailbox.

    They are your main contact for high-level discussions about your business goals and how our services can support them.
  • For project-specific questions, updates, or issues: Your Project Manager is the best contact.
    They manage the intricacies of your projects and are your primary contact for all things project-related.
  • For technical support, operational issues, or quick questions: Contact our Customer Support Team.
    They are here to resolve your issues efficiently and ensure you get the most out of our services.

We encourage you to direct your inquiries to the appropriate team.
This ensures that you receive timely and accurate assistance, allowing our teams to serve you better.
While our Account Management team is always ready to discuss strategic concerns, we kindly ask that operational and project-specific questions be directed to our Support Team and Project Managers, respectively.
