Article summary

All hardware is registered via a QR code. This data is stored through the inventory in eSocrates.

- First, check via eSocrates > Modules > inventory > if the pin has already been registered. If not, you need to add it first (the pin data is in the project).
- If it exists, you can go directly to Modules > Contracts > Contracts.
- Search for the customer here again and choose add on the left side- Choose "CCV EFT 1 year" for the base contract.

- Select "standard SLA" for the Sla definition.
- Fill in a contact person (usually the top one).
- Always check if your customer has direct debit, because then you can also use direct debit (this is the Collect payments option).
- Then fill in the first usage date (always check the project to see when the pin was set up or when they started using the pin).
- Now choose "Save" first.- Go to the periods tab and choose to add a new product.
- Fill in the correct date and choose to save the product.

- Then choose Add product in the bottom right corner.
- Check the correct pin and choose OK.
- The inventory you just created can now be selected here, press finish (this may take a while before you see pin data appear)
- If this product is added, you need to double-click here again to enter the correct date and price, and also mention the project number.
