Over the last few years, the HTA have moved away from paper vouchers. As an industry leader we developed a integrated solution so you can take advantage of this.
By moving to the HTA digital giftcard scheme, you can release any capital held by the paper vouchers and put this towards other areas. The giftcards have no value on them until the moment they are sold, so you are not holding ££££'s worth. You can sell variable amounts, redeem credit, and also perform balance checks from within the till.
To enable the processing of digital HTA giftcards on your RetailVista ePOS system the following is needed:
First, contact NedFox on the monthly additional license costs for the Digital HTA Giftcard integration. After your approval NedFox will enable the license and activate the HTA giftcard functionality.

Provide HTA with your ePOS provider name (NedFox / RetailVista)
Let HTA e-mail the details of the EML / HTA gateway to us (martin@nedfox.nl)

A time slot must be reserved in our agenda to install the Digital HTA Giftcard functionality on your ePOS system.
This can take up to +- 15 minutes per till. This is settled on post-calculation.
An invoice will be sent based on the time spent activating the HTA giftcard integration.
The monthly RetailVista license will contain the 'Digital HTA giftcard integration' module from now on.
