Edit existing sale order

It is possible to modify an existing sale order. The sale order does not necessarily have to be added via RetailVista Mobile.

Select the module "Sale orders" in the Main screen.

Select "Edit existing order".

Look up the order by filling the order number, description or customer

 Select "Search saleorder".

Now you can continue with the saleorder and add more rows via "Add row", change the amount in the rows with the arrows or importing the basket.

Select "Next" to continue. See also guide Add a new sale order.

When the sale order has been finished, you will find the sale order in the RetailVista backoffice. See also guide Working with Sale orders.
