Send product
Open the product via Sharepoint > front office > secretariat > standard products > Collection product
Now adjust the NAW details, debtor number, our reference, and the date.
Send the product by email to the customer.
Process product
When you receive the signed version, process it via RetailVista.
Go to start > relationships > debtor maintenance in RetailVista.
Now search for your debtor and enter the details of the collection form.
Also save this file in the customer directory in Sharepoint.
Also forward the file to Barbara.
