Extra loyalty savings on special days

This article describes how to set extra loyalty savings on special days.

-> Start -> Promotions -> Extra loyalty savings

Click on the green "+" symbol to add a new Extra saving.

• Description: Fill in the description
• Loyalty card type: Select the loyalty savings card on which the extra savings can be saved
• Promotion: Select the promotion, when this extra savings is part of a specific promotion. This can be useful, because you can also make statistics on promotion in RetailVista. You then can figure out how often the promotion has been used and if the promotion has been successful. See also guide Promotions - set up
• Date from: Click on the calender icon to add the date the extra savings is starting. Clicking on the calender with the "1" symbol, will get you the date of today. When you have selected the promotion, the dates are grayed out, because the dates have been set up within the promotion.
• Date to: Click on the calender icon to add the date the extra savings is starting. Clicking on the calender with the "1" symbol, will get you the date of 31/12/2099. When you have selected the promotion, the dates are grayed out, because the dates have been set up within the promotion.
• Default extra percentage: Fill in the default extra savings percentage. When the default has been set, you don't need to add the extra savings per row and you can only fill in those where is a deviation from the standard.

Click on the "Save" icon to save this extra savings.

Open the extra saving again and click on tab "Rows".

Click on "Add row" to specify for which the extra savings applies.

For example, when the extra savings includes more different cashregister groups, you need to add for each cashregister group a row to the extra savings.

Extra percentage, extra points and value can be added, when you want to deviate from the default extra percentage, which has been set in tab "Extra saving".

Extra savings can be created for each day or period, when extra points can be saved. This can be entered from 1 day in advance.
