     This article describes how to reactive RetailVista Mobile, when you have forgotten your password. 

    Via the app for the mobile phone you can reactivate RetailVista Mobile via the activation code.

    -> Administration -> Mobile Devices

    Double click on the specific device. On Tab "activation" you will find the activation code, which you can scan on your mobile phone.
