    How can I prevent a product from being ordered any longer?

    The best solution is to look up the purchase information of the product in RetailVista and uncheck the 'Orderable' box. From that moment on, the product with that purchase information is no longer orderable. If there are multiple purchase information (all of which are no longer orderable), it is important to also mark those purchase information as 'Not orderable'.
