By entering the text 'ScaleDebug=1', the communication of a connected scale will be logged to text files. If there are already settings, this setting can be added, preceded by the separator ';'.
The resulting log files will be located in the folder 'C:\ProgramData\NedFox\RetailVistaPosV2\Log' in a standard installation of RetailVista POS.
In the future, it is expected that debug mode can be activated from the scale settings within RetailVista itself. This advanced setting is a temporary solution so that introducing new fields is not necessary at this time.
