This document describes how to view the total outstanding balance of loyalty cards at a given moment.
Within RetailVista, it is possible to view the current outstanding balance of loyalty cards at a specific moment.
To do this, report 188 can be used, Loyalty -> Loyalty reports -> 188 Loyalty Cards.
Then, filters can be specified and the transaction date needs to be filled in.
The final step is to print the report to the screen. On the last page of the report, a sum of all outstanding balances is displayed.
This report can be printed, saved as a PDF or Excel file, for example.
