How can you work with different sender addresses on SendCloud labels?
SendCloud supports different sender addresses to effectively support 'brand' webshops. This makes it appear as if a package originates from a specific webshop, while the retailer may have other webshops at the same address.
In SendCloud, this is solved by using 'Brands' in combination with different 'Sender' addresses. Each sender address can be linked to its own brand. More information about brands can be found at https://sendcloud.dev/docs/getting-started/brands and through the SendCloud support desk. In terms of integration, brands can be used by referring to a specific 'SendingAddress ID' in the label request. Therefore, a brand and a corresponding 'sending address' must first be created within SendCloud. The value of that address must be copied into the webshop settings in RetailVista.
In the webshop configuration, an advanced setting can be added with the name 'SendingAddressId=<value>', where <value> is the number (ID) of the (deviating) sender address in SendCloud.
Now, when a reservation is registered with SendCloud originating from this webshop, a sending address ID will also be sent, which should result in a modified sender address on the SendCloud label and a modified logo through the brand.
