The possible payment methods can be found under Administration, Payment Methods. In addition, there is a setting in RetailVista that determines whether the cash drawer opens only at the end of the entire cash transaction or after each individual payment. This setting can therefore partially affect whether or not the cash drawer opens immediately. This setting can be found under Extras -> Settings -> Point of Sale section -> Open drawer at end of transaction.
Note: After changing these settings, it may take some time for the cash register to adopt and apply these settings.
