How do I create a new customer card at the cash register where only a zip code needs to be provided.
In the settings for the Loyalty module (Menu Extra > Settings > Loyalty), you set the following:
-Ask for verification code if unknown -> YES
-Verification code text -> Postal code (this is just a text for the cashier to know what to enter)
A new customer checks out at the cash register and wants a customer card. The cashier scans the new customer card and enters the customer's postal code.
The customer can then enter their contact details at home on the website by providing the postal code and card number. The contact details will also automatically appear in RetailVista and the customer card will be linked to this relationship.
If there are any discount agreements in RetailVista related to having a loyalty card, they will also apply to this relationship from that moment on.
