Article summary

Printing a euro symbol on a Sato printer should be done as follows.
First, the euro symbol should be set to ASCII 0128 on the printer using a command or key operation.

To do this, the printer must be set to OFFLINE using the LINE button.
Press FUNCTION
Choose USER MODE and press ENTER
Scroll down to the "Euro Character" entry and press ENTER
Press one of the arrows until the number is set to 128
Press ENTER (hold it briefly with the down arrow button

(UNLOCKED) will appear on the display.
Press LINE twice
Press ENTER twice to save.

Once this is done, a euro symbol should be placed in the layout, which can be done by cutting and pasting (it is not possible to type ALT+0128 in the layout designer.)
Start Notepad
Type ALT + 0128
Copy the euro symbol and place it in the layout designer

Afterwards, the euro symbol will be printed on the Sato printer.
