How do I reset a CCV terminal that keeps asking for a reprint of the last ticket?

Article summary

A CCV terminal internally keeps track of whether the last EFT receipt has been printed. If this is not the case (for example, as a result of an abnormal termination of the EFT session), it is possible that a message will appear stating that the last receipt needs to be printed when starting a new EFT session.

That can be done by selecting 'Reprint last receipt' and choosing 'EFT receipt'. A receipt will then be printed with the last payment result.

If the CCV terminal continues to ask for a reprint receipt afterwards, it may be necessary to reset the terminal in exceptional cases. This can be done using the Admin Light tool. In that tool, go to Service Menu, Functions, C-Tap, Delete logs.
