How do I set up a Symbol STB4278 scanner for use in RetailVista POS?

The Symbol STB4278 scanner, like all other scanners, can be configured using a few configuration barcodes.
The scanner recognizes many barcodes, except for the Interleaved 2/5 barcodes, and by default, no ENTER is sent as a prefix. These two settings need to be configured. 

On page 94 / (5-14) of the provided manual, the prefix is set.
Scan the following:
1. Scan Options

2. <DATA> <SUFFIX>

3. Enter

For Interleaved barcode recognition (often used for customer cards),
scan the Enable Interleaved 2 of 5 barcode on page 232 (13-32).
