How do I take control of the screen of an Android device for Remote Support?

Before the installation of Vysor can be done, the Android device must be connected to a PC via USB.

The following must be enabled on the device:

1. Developer options > USB debugging must be enabled.

2. Security > Unknown sources must be enabled.

Afterwards, the Android device should be automatically detected. Once you start taking over the screen, it is usually necessary to allow debugging on the scanner, this is done automatically through a popup on the Android device, which must be approved by the user before the image is transferred.

Connection problems

If there is no connection possible, you can check the USB mode. It may be set to Charge only, which makes it impossible to connect, in this case, try a different mode.
