Through Start -> Point Of Sale, report 158 can be printed, the 'Customer Conversion' report. This report is printed by default for the active location, but can also be printed for multiple locations. When printing the report, it can be indicated whether the count results should be grouped by year, month, and possibly day. Furthermore, the desired period for the report can be specified.

Through Start -> Point Of Sale -> Customer Counts, all individual count data can be accessed. It is important that the 'Combined In/Out' setting is correctly specified (Extra, Settings, Customer Counter section). Most customer counters are placed at a store entrance where customers can enter and exit in both directions (so no separate entrance and exit). In the customer count screen, each count will be counted as 0.5 by default because a customer enters and exits the store through the same counter/door. This means that a customer counter will be passed twice for one customer.

In Administration, customer counters are created as part of the installation. A time can be specified for which counts should be ignored, as well as a time after which counts should be ignored. These will generally be the store's opening hours, so that the entry and exit of staff is not counted.
