It is possible to ignore 2FA for individual user accounts. This way, someone who does not have a smartphone can still use RetailVista. However, it is advised to be very cautious when ignoring 2FA for certain user accounts: Security is only as strong as the weakest link.

Of course, it is not possible for a user to enable or disable 2FA on their own account. This is reserved for the application administrators. Once 2FA is disabled at the company level, everyone can log in without 2FA again.
