Any data traffic exceeding this limit will be recorded daily and invoiced at the end of each month. Invoicing is done per token.

RetailVista does not implement rate limiting, the temporary blocking of a token when the free limit is exceeded.

Furthermore, a fair use policy applies: If a token consumes more than 7.2GB of data within 1 hour, the token will be permanently blocked. If this happens, the support desk must be contacted to release it. This measure is essential to ensure the performance of other API integrations.

In the future, there may be the possibility of implementing rate limiting for tokens, which means that if the limit is exceeded, the token will be automatically temporarily blocked according to the rate limiting policy. Any potential future changes will be communicated in a timely manner, and options will be provided to maintain the old behavior if desired.
