How does the transportation declaration work in the POS?

If the transport declaration has been set up (see QA 720 for this), it can be used in the POS.

If a foreign customer is entered and 'Pay' is selected, the following screen will appear:

Fill in the details here and click 'Complete'. The following screen will now appear:

Now, the customer signs on the Topaz signature reader with the corresponding pen.

The signature will immediately appear on the screen. Click 'Retry' if the signature needs to be entered again, and click 'Done' to close it and save the signature.

Now the payment screen will appear and the payment can be made.

Searching for a transaction with a signature

The transaction is saved with the signature. It can be found in the backoffice.

Start -> Point Of Sale -> POS transactions

 The signature can be found on the File tab.
