How to: Cardholder not present/Telephone/Manual Card Sale

1 - Integrated Paymentsense

Start a transaction in RetailVista POS. 

-> Select the payment screen. -> Select Paymentsense / EFT as payment type.

When card machine displays 'Present card', the merchant simply presses Menu on the card machine. This will allow the merchant to manually enter the card details and the transaction will further be processed as normal on RetailVista POS.

2 - Non integrated Paymentsense

When there is no requirement to integrate the CNP as part of a sale transaction, it's possible to execute a standalone payment by pressing Menu -> Mail Order -> Sale. After pressing 'Sale', follow the onscreen instructions on the card machine.
