Create a product as you normally would, with a standard sales price. If the product does not have a standard sales price, this field may remain empty — the POS will then prompt you to enter a price when the product is scanned.
To ensure that the product is scanned as a return by default, you can adjust the default sales quantity to -1 in the Sales tab.
This will cause the product to be added to the transaction as -1 immediately after it is scanned in the POS.
