General setting to enable the tips/gratuity option.

Gratuity_ProductId

The product where the tips/gratuity should be booked on.

Gratuity_Percentage

Default gratuity percentage based on the transaction total amount.
Is only suggested and can be deviated from in the till.

Gratuity_AlwaysAsk

Always ask for tips/gratuity, even if already added to the transaction.
When set to no, the question won’t appear when beforehand the product used for tips is added to the transaction.

Eventually during the payment process a pop-up will appear where a tips/gratuity amount (in euros) can be entered. If a default percentage is set a value will be already entered. (image 2)
In image 3 is shown how this results on the receipt.

It’s possible to add tips/gratuity to the transaction beforehand by adding the products used for tips/gratuity to the transaction, ideally a touch button can be created for this. (image 4/5)
When a tip/gratuity is added this way, depending on the setting “Gratuity_AlwaysAsk” the question regarding the tips won’t appear again during
the payment process.
