I am trying to enter a customer's postal code with a loyalty card from a different branch, but this is not accepted. Can the customer not earn points at other branches?

Saving at other locations is possible (if correctly set up), but POS4All and RetailVista check if a postcode is known for the scanned loyalty card. If not, the system will prompt for the postcode. However, assigning postcodes is only possible from the location to which the loyalty card belongs. At other locations, the entry of the postcode can be canceled by pressing the Escape key.
