I receive a question that there hasn't been any reorganization for 365 days. Why is that question being asked and what needs to happen?

The database of POS4All becomes more fragmented through its use. This means that components are no longer logically arranged and index files become fragmented. By reorganizing the database, these components are placed back in the correct order, which improves performance and stability. To reorganize, everyone must exit POS4All and POS4All must be started exclusively. Then, through the Extra menu -> Maintenance DBC can be selected to reindex the database.
