Article summary

<span class="fr-marker" data-id="0" data-type="true" style="display: none; line-height: 0;"></span><span class="fr-marker" data-id="0" data-type="false" style="display: none; line-height: 0;"></span>If the error message is about the absence of an endpoint named 'BasicHttpBinding_ILabellingWebservice', an important part is missing in the .Config file of both the backoffice and frontoffice.

The message in the reservation log will look like this:

22-12-2014 13:47:57 Unhandled exception while processing reservation (Could not find endpoint element with name 'BasicHttpBinding_ILabellingWebService' and contract 'svcPostNL_Labeling_1_5.ILabellingWebService' in the ServiceModel client configuration section. This might be because no configuration file was found for your application, or because no endpoint element matching this name could be found in the client element.)

In that case, add the settings to the frontoffice and backoffice Retail3000 web.Config files as found in the binary attachments. Pay attention to whether a 'System.Servicemodel' section already exists. In that case, only the part within it should be copied from the attachment.

It may also occur that the settings, for example, already exist on the frontoffice server, but not yet on the backoffice and vice versa.
