    I want to print my invoice to PDF so that I can attach it to an email

    To do this, select the option to print invoices. In the toolbar at the top of the print window, choose PDF as the output format. Then, click on the floppy disk icon to save the printout as a PDF file. You can now attach this file to an email.

    Note: The entire printout will be saved as one PDF file! If you want to use the PDF files as attachments to emails, you need to print each invoice separately to get a PDF file for each invoice.

    It is not possible to directly email the invoices from RetailVista.
