Select the module "Sale orders" in the Main screen.
Select "Pickup" or "Delivery".
Here you can look up the customer or add a new customer with the "+" icon.
Add a new customer
This is not recommended for delivery orders, because you cannot add a delivery address via RetailVista Mobile. This will cause an error. For delivery orders it is better to add the customer via RetailVista Backoffice. See also guide: Adding Customers to Backoffice
Fill in the ZipCode and Street number.
Select "Next step".
When the customer is a company, check the box "Company" and enter the company name. Otherwise you can fill in the name of the customer.
Select "Next step".
Enter the complete address and select "Next step".
Enter the phonenumber, description and default email adress.
You can select "Add another phonenumber" to add another phonenumber.
Select "Save".
Sale order
Select "Proceed".
When you have selected "Delivery" and there is no address in the customer in RetailVista backoffice, at this point an error will be displayed. You can add a address to the customer in the backoffice and set the basket to a salesorder afterwards.
Select "Import shopping cart".
Select "Yes".
The basket is empty now and has been imported to the sale order.
Now you can continue with the salesorder and add more rows or change the amount
