From your device, open IOS AppStore or Google Playstore
Search for "RetailVista Mobile X".
Download/install "RetailVista Mobile X".
Open "RetailVista Mobile X" on your device.
An activation code is now asked. This is a QR barcode.
To create a QR code to activate your device in RetailVista Mobile X follow the steps below.
Open RetailVista Backoffice
Go to: Administration -> Mobile devices
If there are already mobile devices existing they will be displayed. Click the 'New record' icon in the toolbar.
Complete the information in the screen.
Now choose an existing user or if you want to have users to log in each time the scanner is used leave the "User" field empty.
Save the record.
Open the newly created record (in this example "This is a new scanner").
Select tab 'Activation'.
On this tab the QR barcode is displayed which you can scan on your device.
Once completed, you can use the functions on RetailVista Mobile X as assigned to the logged in user.
