Step 3, page 11/35 (Service menu password)

This password can be calculated using the tool (password.exe) or by calculating it yourself.

Step 7, page 12/35 (terminal installation)

In principle, the CCV VX 820 ITS can be fully configured via the AdminLight tool or on the terminal itself.

The only exception is for a new installation, in which case the terminal must be configured via AdminLight.

In a terminal installation, when the configuration is performed on the CCV VX 820 ITS itself, the message "load paper" will appear.

Step 10, page 12/35 (TMS IP address)

Unlike an Alphyra terminal, the TMS can only be accessed if the correct IP is specified (open internet or POIP)

For the first models of CCV VX 820 ITS, POIP is the default, while the current models have open internet as the default.

NOTE: In the TMS, the terminal must still be configured for the correct method. This setting here only allows access to the TMS.

PayClient

With the PayClient, it is possible to perform a test transaction outside of the POS.

Start the program and make sure that "Retail" is selected under "View" and that "ITS" is checked under "View" -> "Configuration" -> tab "Misc".
