Invoice payment at the till

Article summary

This article describes how to process invoice payment at the till. When you process invoice payments at the till, we would suggest adding a button in your touchscreen layout.

You can also use the menu option in the till -> Administration -> Add invoice payment

Look up the customer. Now the open invoices for that customer are displayed. Select the specific invoice. The amount will be filled in automatically.

Press "OK".

If there are other unpaid invoices for that specific customer, that the customer wants to pay, repeat the procedure.

Press "Go Back".

 Press "Payment" and finish the payment further. 

In the Backoffice you can look up this invoice.

-> Start -> Invoices -> Invoice maintenance

Make sure in the search screen "Paid only" is set to "Yes" or "All" to find the paid invoices.

You can see that the status is "Paid".

Double click on the row to open the invoice.

In the right corner below you will find the payment information. On tab "Payment" you will find the payment. When double click on the payment row, you can find the receipt.
