The balance of the return receipt can be checked in the backoffice or on the till. Please see also guide Look up balance of return receipt on the till
-> Start -> Giftcards -> Giftcards
You can look up the specific return voucher using "Apply filters".
If you don't have a cardnumber, you can set "Giftcard type" to return voucher and fill in the customer, if the card is linked to the customer. Click on "Search" for the search results.
Now you can double click on the specific giftcard.
On tab "Transactions" you can view the transactions associated with the card. This specific return receipt has a value of 43.98.
