Article summary

Despite the fact that some products have expired, it is still possible to order these products. The cause may be that the purchasing status of this product is still set to "Available". To make these products no longer orderable in bulk, go to -> Start -> Products -> Cancel / Activate purchase data

Select "Expired" and click "Next".

Here you can add the selection criteria.

On the "Purchase" tab, you can set products to expired for a specific supplier.

Click "Next".

Now you will see all the products whose purchase status you are going to change to expired. At this point, you can do a final check. If the criteria are not completely correct, you can still go back by clicking "Previous" and try again.

You can download the report and check if everything went well. Click "Close" to close this screen.

The products now have the purchase status 'Expired' and can no longer be ordered.
