Message 'Local transactions: Not all transactions have been sent to the server', when closing RetailVista POS.
Solution
When you hover over the start button of Windows, and then click through to:
Start->NedFox->NedFox RetailVista POS and then select: 'Manually sent transactions' or 'Handmatig transacties versturen'.
The program that is now displayed will send any locally stored transactions to the RetailVista server(s).
If there is a number > 0, RetailVista has not been able to send these files before.
In the screen below, after some time, the number of available transactions should be 0, as shown below.
Using 'Manually sent transactions' or 'Handmatig transacties versturen' is normally not necessary!
(RetailVista POS sends every transaction directly to the servers with a normal (internet) connection, so there are no local transactions at that time.
The cause is usually: a problem with the (internet) connection. RetailVista POS cannot reach the RetailVista servers.
If the transactions remain locally stored, a NedFox Support employee needs to log in to the respective PC to investigate and process the locally stored transactions. For this, you need to start remote access (Supremo) via www.249900.nl
You provide NedFox with the Supremo code and the corresponding password.
