Because RetailVista ERP is a web-based solution, there are very few requirements for its use. As long as a browser is supported, we ensure that RetailVista functions properly within it.
However, it may occasionally happen that a particular browser temporarily does not work well with RetailVista. This can sometimes be due to bugs introduced in a browser update, or because of changes to HTML standards that still need to be implemented in RetailVista (or are already included in the next update that has not yet gone live).
The browsers currently supported are Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox.
It does not matter which operating system these browsers are installed on — for example, Windows, macOS, or ChromeOS.
